At VMagazine Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund.
